Terms and Conditions

I will draw:

  • MOST NSFW and kink; BDSM is my favorite.

  • OCs, Fanart, horror, gore, fight scenes, etc. Just ask if you're unsure.

I will draw but am still learning; keep that in mind when requesting:

  • Mecha, Robots, anthro/furries,

I will NOT draw:

  • Scat, water sports, racist content, real people (actors playing characters are fine. EX: Ryan Renolds as Deadpool.), NSFW of minors

Overall Rules

  • You must be 18+ to order

  • My works will have a watermark somewhere on it. I will, however, make it subtle if you request it. Watermark can not and will NOT be removed.

  • I have the right to post the finished piece on my social media and in my portfolio. If you don't wish for me to do so you can pay a $100 no post fee.

  • ​I can reject a commission without reason.​

  • All commissions are digital.

  • Commission will take (typically) 1-4 days to complete. In the event of sickness it may take longer, however that will be discussed with the buyer.

  • Rush work costs extra.

  • I will show you a WIP of the sketch. When it's approved I'll continue to complete it, should the piece require it.

  • The status of your commission can be seen on my Trello!

Payment

Copywrite

I, Zombbean, have the rights to the art piece, not the client.
And so, I am allowed to:

 

  • Promote myself with the art piece.

  • Publish books with the art inside (unless the non post upcharge has been paid).

  • Display it anywhere I wish.

  • Post it wherever I wish.

The client is allowed to:

  • Use piece for personal use.

  • Print the artwork, and claim the characters.

  • Use the art to promote yourself (If you credit me cool; if not that's okay too!)

  • Use the artwork to decorate your social media (so long as you're not selling it for monetary gain!)

Copywrite Infringement is:

  • Reproducing the artwork to make money off of it (without paying the merchandise upcharge +$150)

  • Use the artwork on AI.

  • Claiming the art as your own.

  • Removing my signature.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

  • My artwork is not to be involved in any NFTs. 

  • Payment is in USD and to be paid through Paypal or Venmo.

  • You can not get a full refund once the sketch has been sent out and approved. Partial payment may be given.

  • If I can't do your commission, or fail to finish it, I will completely refund you.

  • If you cancel your commission before I start it, you can get a complete refund.

  • If you get a refund I will send it back to you. Don't send a request.

  • Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee!

  • If there are any errors on my part tell me and I will correct my mistake!

  • As stated, I am willing to not post your art commission, or to allow you to sell the commissioned piece as merch so long as a fee is paid to allow such.
